all delivered products are packed neatly and securely by our side. but since it changed hands to the Expedition delivery., that thing that happened was we could not set it again. item arrived dented, damaged or lost is not our responsibility. but we will try to help find a solution.

If you want a guarantee of the goods are not damaged and are not SURE LOST, you can request the use of timber packing and insurance, all wood packing and insurance costs borne by the buyer
